My athletic hubby ran his first 5K today! I gathered up the kids early this morning and scrambled, with donut holes and sippy cups of milk in hand, to watch him and some of our friends start and finish their first 5K. It was a wonderful experience and we are all so proud of daddy! :) Can't wait for his next one....and who knows...maybe I'll run one soon with him!

So his official time according to his "chip" was 27 min 46 seconds! That's an 8:54/mile pace!!!
