Old and New Friends

So Friday, we had to be in Point, Texas for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that Shawn was asked to do. It was for a young man that was in our youth group in Greenville and we were both very excited for him to be a part of it, and honored. We have friends that we see every Christmas that live just a few minutes down the road in Commerce, so we went to meet them at noon and hung out all afternoon until the rehearsal. It was a great afternoon of laughing and telling stories and seeing the house that is being completely rebuilt by my friends parents...it's remarkable!
