When packing consists of the following three "must-have" items, you might be getting old.
Insoles for my poor feet, Aleve for all the body aches from all the walking, and Icy Hot for my lower back which I'm sure will hurt within 14 minutes of landing.
In other news, it's getting real here....we "bought" British money at the bank the other day. Yowzers.
